Houay Ho Power Company (« HHPC » ) is an independant power producer (« IPP ») established in 1996 it runs a 150 MW hydroelectric power plant
on the Houay Ho river in Lao PDR under a build, operate and
transfer agreement (« BOT ») with the Lao Government
to generate and export electricity to Thailand |
