Houay Ho Power Company (HHPC) is an independent power producer (IPP) located in Attapeu province, in the southern part of Laos. It runs a 152 MW hydro power plant and began commercial operation in 1999.

HHPC power plant is a joint venture between Glow Co., Ltd., the Electricite du Laos (EDL), and Hemaraj. Electricity production from this plant is sold under long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) to EGAT and in small extent to EDL to be distributed for the consumption of the communities in the nearby area.
